Shipping policy

Barkwell ships to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

 

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery estimates

United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

United States and Canada: 10 to 20 business days from dispatch.

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date you order. Items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so an order containing several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show its first movement.

 

Customs and import duties

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority on arrival. These are not included in the price paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delays and lost parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate, then replace or refund it.

 

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will replace or refund the item.

 

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually stop an order before dispatch, but not after.
